1. Order Processing Time
Once you place an order for our exquisite wall and seasonal decorative products, we start processing it right away. For in – stock items, our standard order processing time is 1 – 2 business days. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or public holidays. If you place an order after 3:00 PM (CET) on a business day, it will be processed on the next business day. For example, if you order a beautiful wall art piece at 4:00 PM on Tuesday, we will begin processing it on Wednesday.
For items that are not in stock or require customization (such as personalized wall decals), the processing time may be extended to 5 – 7 business days. We will notify you via email if there are any delays in processing your order due to such reasons.
2. Shipping Options
2.1 Domestic Shipping (Italy)
- Standard Shipping: This option typically takes 3 – 5 business days for delivery. It is a cost – effective choice for those who are not in a hurry to receive their wall decorations or seasonal items, like our charming Christmas wreaths. The shipping fee for standard domestic shipping is calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package. For orders with a total value of €100 or more, standard shipping is free.
- Express Shipping: If you need your order urgently, our express shipping option is available. With express shipping, you can expect to receive your items within 1 – 2 business days. The fee for express shipping is higher and is also determined by the weight and size of the package. This option is perfect for last – minute decorations for a special event or if you’re in a time – sensitive situation.
2.2 International Shipping
- International Standard Shipping: We offer international standard shipping to most countries around the world. Delivery times for this option usually range from 7 – 14 business days, depending on the destination country. Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the package. For example, shipping a large wall decoration to the United States will have a different fee compared to shipping a small seasonal ornament to neighboring European countries.
- International Express Shipping: For faster international delivery, we provide an express option. This service typically delivers within 3 – 5 business days. However, please note that customs clearance procedures in the destination country can sometimes cause delays, even with express shipping. The cost for international express shipping is relatively high and is calculated based on the same factors as international standard shipping.
3. Shipping Restrictions
- Geographical Restrictions: Currently, we are unable to ship to certain regions due to logistical challenges or customs regulations. - Product – Specific Restrictions: Some of our products, especially those with delicate or large – sized components, may have specific shipping restrictions. 4. Package Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your package on the website of the shipping carrier we have used. For domestic orders within Italy, you can track your package on the website of [Domestic Carrier Name], and for international orders, the tracking information can be accessed on the website of [International Carrier Name]. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available after the package has been shipped.
5. Delivery
- Delivery Address: Please ensure that the shipping address you provide during the checkout process is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or non – delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you realize that you have provided the wrong address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at service@kytwms.com. We will do our best to update the address, but there may be additional charges or potential delays associated with this change.
- Delivery Attempts: The shipping carrier will make multiple delivery attempts if the recipient is not available at the time of the first attempt. The number of attempts may vary depending on the carrier and the destination country. In most cases, if the delivery cannot be completed after several attempts, the package may be returned to us. If this happens, we will contact you to arrange for a re – delivery or a refund, depending on your preference.
6. Customs and Duties (International Orders Only)
- Responsibility: For international orders, you, the customer, are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the receiving country and are based on factors such as the value, weight, and nature of the products in your order. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
- Customs Clearance: We will provide all the necessary documentation for customs clearance, such as invoices and packing lists. However, the process of customs clearance is solely the responsibility of the customs authorities in the destination country. Delays in customs clearance are beyond our control, and we cannot be held liable for any resulting delays in delivery.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible at service@kytwms.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to initiate a search for the package. If the package is confirmed as lost, we will either reship the products to you at no additional cost or provide you with a full refund, depending on your preference.
- Damaged Packages: In the unfortunate event that your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging and contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will arrange for a replacement of the damaged product or provide you with a partial refund, depending on the extent of the damage.
