Refund Policy

1. General Return Eligibility

We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase of our wall and seasonal decorative products from kytwms.com. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may be eligible for a refund subject to the following conditions:
  • Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return request. For example, if your order was delivered on January 1st, you must contact us about a return by January 31st at the latest.
  • Product Condition: The product must be in its original, unused condition. This means that wall decorations should not have been installed, painted on, or damaged in any way. Seasonal items such as Christmas wreaths should not show signs of wear, and all components should be intact. The original packaging, including boxes, tags, and any accompanying materials, must also be included.

2. Non – Returnable Items

  • Custom – Made Products: Any wall decor or seasonal items that are custom – made to your specific order, such as personalized wall art with names or custom – sized Christmas wreaths, are non – returnable. Since these products are uniquely created for you, we are unable to accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Opened or Used Products: If you have opened sealed packages, used the products in a way that affects their resale value, or removed tags from wall decorations or seasonal accents, the items are not eligible for return. For instance, if you have removed the protective film from a wall decal and it has become damaged during the process, it cannot be returned.

3. Return Process

  • Contact Us First: To start the return process, please contact our customer service team at service@kytwms.com. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and details about the product(s) you wish to return. Our team will respond within 1 – 2 business days (Monday – Friday) to guide you through the next steps.
  • Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will issue a return authorization number. This number is crucial and must be included in all correspondence related to your return and on the outside of the return package.
  • Shipping the Return: You are responsible for shipping the product back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining the shipping receipt as proof of shipment. The return address will be provided to you by our customer service team. Please ensure that the product is properly packaged to avoid damage during transit.

4. Refund Issuance

  • Inspection: Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If the product is in its original condition and meets all requirements, we will process your refund.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you paid with a credit card, the refund will be credited back to your card. Please note that it may take 5 – 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution’s processing times. If you paid via other methods such as PayPal, the refund will be processed back to your PayPal account.
  • Shipping Costs: In most cases, original shipping costs are non – refundable. However, if the return is due to a mistake on our part (such as sending the wrong wall decoration or a defective seasonal item), we will refund the original shipping costs along with the cost of the product.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • Reporting: If you receive a damaged or defective wall decoration or seasonal item, please contact us immediately at service@kytwms.com. Provide details of the damage or defect, along with clear photos if possible. We will respond within 1 business day to assist you.
  • Resolution: In the case of damaged or defective products, we offer the following options:
    • Full Refund: You can choose to receive a full refund, including the original shipping costs. The refund will be processed as described above.
    • Replacement: We can send you a replacement product at no additional cost. Please note that if the item is out of stock, we will inform you and provide an estimated restock time or offer an alternative product of similar value.

6. Exchanges

  • Process: If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or style of the same item (where available), the process is similar to a return. First, contact us at service@kytwms.com to initiate the exchange request. We will guide you through returning the original product and placing a new order for the desired item. Please note that any price differences between the original and the new item will be adjusted accordingly.
  • Timing: Exchanges are subject to product availability. We will do our best to process your exchange as quickly as possible, but please allow additional time for shipping and handling.

7. International Returns

  • Additional Considerations: For international customers, please be aware that you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with returning the product. These costs are not refundable by us. Additionally, international returns may take longer to process due to shipping times and customs clearance procedures.
